DRINKING WATER DURING MEALS CAUSE HEAD ACHE?
Dear all i want to share a best health tips to all my site visitors. I am a Staff Nurse working in Hospital, my brother is civil engineer, since my school age i had headache recurrently is comes 4 -5 times in a month. After started my career it started disturbing me once or twice in a week only in the afternoorn, its confirm that is not migraine headache. One day my brother told me that not to drink water during meals but i neglected his advice. after 2-3 years i saw a prescription of homeopathy doctor, in the back of prescription its written that "DO NOT DRINK WATER IMMEDIATELY BEFORE AND AFTER MEAL AS IT DILUTES THE DIGESTIVE FIRE". The next day onwards i stopped drinking water immediately after meals and my head ache problem also stopped.
