Dont Eat Food means not to completely stop eating.. ha ha...
Now a days loosing weight is a challenge to Youngsters and even old age people. Our Lifestyle and food habits cause weight gain and fat and cholestrol formation and Aterial blocks. The Increased weight gain and incresed cholestrol level in the blood cause Heart attack and other severe effect on our imnportant body organs. To avoid weight gain avoid foods made with flour or sugar (bread, bagels, muffins, cookies, candies, pasta). Also, avoid potatoes and limit rice. For cholesterol reduction, avoid animal fats (steaks, hamburgers, pork, butter, cheeses), trans-fats, and egg yolks. this helps a lot to loose you weight.
Better to avoid fried items and Pizza Burgers and even street food. The used for cooking in street also cause some health problems.
